1. What We Do Done-ly is a platform that helps connect customers with independent service providers (“Providers”). We do not provide, manage, or supervise the services offered by Providers. Our role is limited to facilitating the initial connection.
2. What We Do Not Do • We are not a service provider. • We are not a party to any agreements between customers and Providers. • We do not guarantee quality, availability, timing, or results of any services. • We do not process or facilitate payments for services. All financial transactions are handled directly between customers and Providers.
3. Special Connection Terms In some cases, the connection may require a fee (for example, emergency or same-day requests). This fee is for facilitating the connection only and may be credited toward the Provider’s service charges if the customer decides to proceed. Beyond this, we have no involvement in payment or pricing.
4. User Responsibilities You agree to: • Use the App only for lawful purposes. • Provide accurate and truthful information. • Make independent decisions when choosing to engage a Provider. • Understand that Providers are independent third parties, not our employees, agents, or partners.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from or related to the services provided by Providers. • We do not guarantee availability of Providers, accuracy of listings, or satisfaction with services. • Your interactions and agreements with Providers are solely between you and the Provider.
6. No Warranties The App and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Account and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
